Changes in pattern of train services across ECR,CR,WR and SR zones

Traffic/power blocks are scheduled to expedite infrastructure/maintenance works in various divisions/zones. Therefore, special trains will have changes in pattern of service as detailed below. 

1.      TRAIN DIVERSION IN DHANBAD DIVISION, EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

The following special trains are diverted between Dhanbad Jn. and Chandrapura Jn., skipping its scheduled stoppage at Katrasgarh, for construction works in Kusunda Jn. station.

i. Train No.03351 Dhanbad Jn. – Alappuzha Daily Special Train leaving Dhanbad Jn. between 10^th March and 16^th March, 2021(7 days) will be diverted between Dhanbad Jn. and Chandrapura Jn to run via Netaji SC Bose Jn. Gomoh. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Katrasgarh.

ii. Train No.03352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad Jn.  Daily Special Train leaving Alappuzha  between 8^th March and 14^th March, 2021(7 days) will be diverted between Chandrapura Jn. and Dhanbad Jn. to run via Netaji SC Bose Jn. Gomoh.  The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Katrasgarh.

2.      TRAIN DIVERSION IN SOLAPUR DIVISION, CENTRAL RAILWAY

The following special trains will be diverted between Thane and Karur to run via Konkan Railway due to traffic block for doubling works on Bhalwani-Bhigwan section of Solarpur Division, Central Railway.

i. Train No.06339 Mumbai CSMT – Nagercoil Jn. Special Train leaving Mumbai CSMT on 13^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th, 20^th, 23^rd,25^th, 27^th, 30^th and 31^st March, 2021(10 days) will be diverted between Thane Jn. and Karur Jn. to run via Panvel Jn., Ratnagiri, Madgaon Jn., Mangalore Jn, Shoranur Jn., Erode Jn. 

ii. Train No.06340 Nagercoil Jn. – Mumbai CSMT Special Train leaving Nagercoil Jn. on 12^th, 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 19^th, 22^nd,23^rd, 24^th, 26^th, 29^th, 30^th and 31^st March, 2021(12 days)will be diverted between Karur Jn. and Thane Jn. to run via Erode Jn., Shoranur Jn., Mangalore Jn., Madgaon Jn., Ratnagiri, Panvel Jn.

iii. Train No. 06351 Mumbai CSMT – Nagercoil Jn. Bi-weekly Special Train leaving Mumbai CSMT on 12^th, 15^th, 19^th,22^nd, 26^th and 29^th March, 2021(6 days) will be diverted between Thane Jn. and Thiruchchirappalli Jn. to run via Panvel Jn., Ratnagiri, Madgaon Jn., Mangalore Jn, Shoranur Jn., Erode Jn. 

iv. Train No. 06352 Nagercoil Jn. – Mumbai CSMT Bi-weekly Special Train leaving Nagercoil Jn. on 14^th, 18^th, 21^st, 25^thand 28^th March, 2021(5 days)will be diverted between Tiruchchirappalli Jn. and Thane Jn. to run via Erode Jn., Shoranur Jn., Mangalore Jn., Madgaon Jn., Ratnagiri, Panvel Jn.

3.      TRAIN REGULATION IN MUMBAI DIVISION, WESTERN RAILWAY

The following special trains will be regulated en route between Igatpuri and Kalyan at Kasara Railway Station due to integrated traffic block in Mumbai Division.

i. Train No.02618 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Ernakulam Jn. Daily Special Train leaving Hazrat Nizamuddin on 13^th March, 2021(1 day) will be regulated at Kasara for 02 hours 40 minutes.

4.      TRAIN DIVERSION IN SALEM DIVISION

The following trains will be diverted between Palakkad Jn. and Tiruppur to run via Irugur Jn. – Podanur Jn., in order to facilitate engineering/bridge works in Sulur Road – Somanur, Coimbatore Jn. – Coimbatore North and Coimbatore Jn. – Podanur sections.

i. Train No.03351 Dhanbad Jn. – Alappuzha Daily Special Train leaving Dhanbad Jn. on 13^th March and 15^th March, 2021(2 days) will be diverted between Tiruppur and Palakkad Jn. to run via Irugur Jn. – Podanur Jn. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Coimbatore Jn.

ii. Train No.02626 New Delhi – Thiruvananthapuram Central Daily Superfast Special Train leaving New Delhi on 13^th March and 15^th March, 2021(2 days) will be diverted between Tiruppur and Palakkad Jn. to run via Irugur Jn. – Podanur Jn. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Coimbatore Jn.

iii. Train No.02677 KSR Bengaluru – Ernakulam Jn. Daily Special Train leaving KSR Bengaluru on 15^th March and 17^th March, 2021(2 days) will be diverted between Tiruppur and Palakkad Jn. to run via Irugur Jn. – Podanur Jn. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Coimbatore Jn.

iv. Train No.03352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad Jn. Daily Special Train leaving Alappuzha on 15^th March and 17^th March, 2021(2 days) will be diverted between Palakkad Jn. and Tiruppur to run via Podanur Jn. – Irugur Jn. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Coimbatore Jn.

v. Train No.02678 Ernakulam Jn. – KSR Bengaluru Daily Special Train leaving Ernakulam Jn. on 15^th March and 17^th March, 2021(2 days) will be diverted between Palakkad Jn. and Tiruppur to run via Podanur Jn. – Irugur Jn. The train will skip its scheduled stoppage at Coimbatore Jn.

5.      PARTIAL CANCELLATION IN SALEM DIVISION

To facilitate traffic block for Limited Use Subway(LUS) construction works in Karur Jn. – Moorthipalayam Section, a train has been partially cancelled between Karur Jn. and Coimbatore Jn as detailed below:

i. Train No.06321 Nagercoil Jn. – Coimbatore Jn. Daily Special Train leaving Nagercoil Jn. on 19^th March, 2021 will be short terminated at Karur Jn.
