Vigilance Awareness week will be observed over Central Railway from 28th October to 5th November 2019. The theme for Vigilance Awareness Week for 2019 is “Integrity – a way of Life”.
Central Railway is conducting various activities with zeal and enthusiasm to achieve Chief Vigilance Commission’s objective to eliminate corruption in public life. The observance of Vigilance Awareness Week will begin with the staff and officers taking Integrity Pledge. During the week, seminars on the theme are being organized.
During this Vigilance Awareness Week, It is endeavored to create awareness towards the policy of achieving transparency, accountability and corruption free governance through our outreach activities like display of banners and posters at prominent office locations and places with public interface. Skit competitions, debate, essay writing and slogan writing on integrity and good governance are being organized across five divisions and workshops of Central Railway, so as to generate healthy debate on the ill effects and prevention of corruption and for ensuring active participation of Staff of Central Railway.
