A M Chowdhary, Commissioner of Railway Safety (Eastern Circle) will inspect doubling works of the 29-km Jarangdih-Danea section of East Central Railway’s Dhanbad division on February 23, 2022.
Inspection will be held between Danea and Dumri Bihar stations, ECR said in a statement, adding that speed trials will be held in this section.
The project was sanctioned at a cost Rs 332 crore. A sum of Rs 20 crore has been earmarked for this project in the recently presented budget.
