The product is built as single reusable system by bringing together independent functions and systems under a single framework to enhance transparency, increase accountability and transform the government work culture and ethics.
This system is initiated in a single framework to enhance transparency, increase accountability and transform the govt work with culture and ethics. Currently, four modules viz. The benefit of this system will be visible once the system is fully put to use and Manual File System is stopped. This will continue to be a tool to foster improved reliability, efficiency and productivity and will be benefit to Railway employees. E-Office will enhance data security & integrity and promote innovation by releasing staff energy and time from unproductive process and procedures.
this had already been implemented in GNT division early this year – one of the lean & efficient divisions in performance; hopefully MoRlys and Railway Board encourage & support growth of this division, a couple of key projects – NDKD-KHT line construction & GNT-GTL doubling which significantly help faster movement in east-west & south-north directions of freight & pax are in progress, need greater support in faster execution
