ER: Mobile App Created for Management of Complaints Related to Retiring Rooms

For providing better services to the passengers, ER has launched a Mobile App for redressal of Passenger Complaints and Suggestions related to Retiring Rooms and Dormitories over Asansol Division named as “Retiring Room Redressal System” (RRRS).

 This app is available at Google play store and can be logged in by room occupant quoting his ticket number. The complaint will be acknowledged by concerned Department Supervisor In-charge on Real-Time basis with unique Complaint ID and will be attended at the earliest possible time. If the complaint is not attended by the concerned department within 3 hrs of time, the complaint will be escalated to Assistant Level officer of the concerned department. Suggestions from passengers on retiring room/dormitories is also possible through same Android App. All these will improve the comfort level of passengers while staying at Retiring rooms.
