Indian Railways has added several new special train services to cater to a seasonal increase in passenger traffic. These trains are for Mumbai, Chhapra, Bhagalpur, Vasco Da Gama, Pune, Solapur, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj and Danapur. Details below:
Mumbai-Chhapra Special Train
01197 special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 14.30 hrs on 21.4.2021 and arrive Chhapra at 10.50 hrs on third day
01198 special will leave Chhapra at 05.40 hrs on 19.4.2021 and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 00.40 hrs on third day.
Halts: Bhiwandi Road, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana, Agra Fort, Tundla Jn., Kanpur Central, Aishbagh, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Bhatni, Siwan Jn.
Composition: Two 3AC, 10 Sleeper, 9 Second seating
Mumbai-Chhapra Special Train
01207 special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 23.45 hrs on 17.4.2021 and arrive Chhapra at 00.15 hrs on 20.4.2021
01208 special will leave Chhapra at 16.40 hrs on 20.4.2021 and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 15.20 hrs on third day.
Halts: Dadar, Thane, Bhiwandi Road, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bayana, Agra Fort, Tundla Jn., Kanpur Central, Aishbagh, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Bhatni, Siwan Jn.
Composition: Two 3AC, 6 Sleeper, 13 Second seating
Mumbai-Bhagalpur Special Train
01203 special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 18.00 hrs on 23.4.2021 and 30.4.2021 and arrive Bhagalpur at 06.30 hrs on third day
01204 special will leave Bhagalpur at 10.30 hrs on 18.4.2021, 25.4.2021 and 2.5.2021 and arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 23.45 hrs next day.
Halts: Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Satna, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn., Sasaram, Gaya Jn., Kiul Jn., Jamalpur.
Composition: Three AC Chair Car, 17 Second seating
Reservation: Bookings for fully reserved special train 01197 and 01203 on special charges are already open and for 01207 on special charges will open on 17.4.2021 at all computerised reservation centres on website www.irctc.co.in.
Howrah – Vasco Da Gama
In order to facilitate the passengers, Railways will run special trains between Howrah – Vasco Da Gama as detailed below:-

Solapur-Prayagraj Chheoki Superfast Special
01315 special will leave Solapur at 21.00 hrs on every Friday and Monday from 16.4.2021 to 30.4.2021 and arrive Prayagraj Chheoki at 04.25 hrs on third day.
01316 special will leave Prayagraj Chheoki at 06.30 hrs on every Sunday and Wednesday from 18.4.2021 to 2.5.2021 and arrive Solapur at 12.00 hrs next day
Halts: Pune, Panvel, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Satna, Manikpur
Composition: 18 Second seating
