Jaya Verma Sinha took over as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Railway Board in New Delhi on Friday. She is a 1988 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer and the first woman to head Indian Railways.
Prior to this, she served as Member (Operations & Business Development)/Railway Board.

S C Jain took over as Principal Chief Engineer, North Central Railway Prayagraj on Friday. He is a 1988 batch officer of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE). Prior to this, he served as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) Western Railway Mumbai.
Shyam Singh is WR’s new PCSO
Shyam Singh took over as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) Western Railway on Friday. He is a 1990 batch officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE). Prior to this, he was Divisional Railway Manager(DRM), Bengaluru division of South Western Railway.
