The Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC Ltd) resumed the services of Tejas Express Trains on the Ahmedabad – Mumbai – Ahmedabad(Train No. 82901/02) route from 7th August, 2021 following all passenger health and Covid safety protocols.
Turns out that, Tejas Express has become the most preferred mode of travel by the passengers on this route. With the strict implementation of the Covid Safety Protocols, IRCTC has gained the confidence multiple folds, with almost all the passengers giving its services a big applause. Many passengers are now choosing Tejas Express over other trains due to the high levels of service standards as well maintaining the best hygiene practices in these Covid times.
At present, Tejas Express is operated with a weekly frequency of four days i.e Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
During the recently concluded festive season passengers were given gifts of celebration by way of Cashback benefits to more than 2200 female passengers during the Rakshabandhan week. This was followed by more than 200 passengers winning special gifts in lucky draws celebrated on board the Tejas Express. With the Festive season in and around , festivity colours shall continue to be showered on the passengers
