WR modifies train timetable to accommodate Ahmedabad Mumbai Tejas

Western Railway has modified train timings of 13 trains at few specific intermediate stations/halts in UP direction (towards Mumbai) to adjust the time slot for Ahmedabad Mumbai Tejas Express.

Due to this, 11 trains will run with changed timings of about  5- 10 minutes at intermediate stations.

Train No. 12655 Ahmedabad –Chennai Central Navjeevan Express will run with 25 minutes delay and Train No. 19016 Porbandar – Mumbai Central Saurashtra Express will run with 55 minutes delay from Ahmedabad.

However, both will still reach at their respective destinations at their present arrival time.

In DOWN direction (towards Ahmedabad), 16 Mail/Express trains and 4 MEMU trains will run with changed timings of 5-10 minutes only at intermediate stations.

These changes have resulted in an increase in the running time of only two Mail /Express and two MEMU trains by 5 minutes each.

All other affected trains will reach their destination at their present arrival time. 

Tejas Express’ first commercial run will be on January 19, 2020.
